A2O Spray Foam Insulation Products
American Insulation Applicators Spray Polyurethane Foams (SPF), are patented spray-applied
insulating foam plastic.
They are installed as liquid and then expand many times their original
volume. They are the same type of insulation that appliance manufacturers
have used in refrigerators and water heaters for years.
American Insulation Applicators Spray Polyurethane Foams are both versatile and highly effective
in a wide variety of applications including:
- insulation in walls, ceilings, attics and basements
- roofing
- air barriers
- industrial insulation of pipes and tanks
- cold storage facilities, freezers, walk-in coolers
- climate controlled buildings such as agriculture farms or produce
storage, clean rooms
AIA Spray Foams use a patented blowing agent made from water
not the traditional ozone-depleting fluorinated hydrocarbons

| How it works |
In open cell foam, air naturally fills in the gaps between the billions
of tiny cells in the foam giving it a softer feeling. |
In closed cell foam such gaps are filled with gas so that the cells
are closed and packed firmly together blocking any air and helping
the foam rise and expand and become a greater insulator. |
