Warehouses & Cold Storage Facilities

AO / A₂AO spray foams provides seamless, efficient insulation for temperature controlled warehouses. It can be applied in repairing or refitting an old warehouse or at the construction of new facilities.
AO/A₂O spray foams are applied to the various junctions in the cold storage structure. It is used to seal the juncture where the roof meets the wall, wall and ceiling junctures on the interior, floor to wall junctions, and in corners.

Corrugated Materials
AO / A₂O spray foams enable the precise following of any shape or any slope. It is particularly useful in warehouses as construction materials tend to be corrugated e.g. Corrugated asbestos, iron or IBR sheeting. Traditional insulation materials are not capable of following the contours of the corrugations, making them difficult to apply and creating air gaps that lead to condensation problems and are inadequate in sealing against rain or wind.

Pre-Insulated Panels
AO / A₂O spray foams prevent thermal leaks from pre-insulated panels (metal panels with foam sandwich cores).

Refrigerated Warehouses
AO / A₂O spray foams enable the storage of previously processed or frozen food on pallets or food racks at a constant temperature as low as -40F.

Processing Plants
AO / A₂O spray foams enable the processing of meats, poultry, dairy or other food products in complex multi-functional structures, consisting of many rooms each operating at its optimum temperature and humidity condition.

Distribution Centers
AO / A₂O spray foams provide excellent insulation for these multi-room buildings in which packaged dry goods, frozen foods, fresh produce, baked goods and dairy products are stored and allows for specialty rooms such as banana rooms or ice cream holding rooms that require different temperature controls.

Facility Conversion
AO / A₂O spray foams provides the insulation necessary to convert existing facilities to another use, i.e., a cooler may be converted to a freezer etc.
